Today, some party newspapers and readers and the public relations and interaction are not close, manifested in: 1. At-cost subscribers in the party newspaper readership accounted for a small proportion. (2) Local Party News reported too much on daily activities of leading officials, and so did the shortcomings of official documents. As a result, the effective reading rate of local Party newspapers was not high. 3. Even some of the party newspapers that have been reforming their editorial boards in the first place, because of their “high degree of decisive influence”, the market segments, such as the core reader group, “minority”, “subordinate”
