目的研究铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和丙二醛(MDA)对小儿肾病综合征(NS)的检测价值。方法 2011年3月-2013年3月间NS急性期病例48例和同期体检健康的对照组儿童40例均取空腹静脉血分离血浆和血清,并检测CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px和MDA含量进行组间比较。结果 NS组急性期患儿CuZn-SOD和GSH-Px含量明显低于健康对照组,MDA含量明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论 CuZn-SOD、GSH-Px和MDA均参与到小儿NS急性期的病理变化过程中,作为临床NS诊治的重要检测指标,指导抗氧化剂的应用。
Objective To investigate the value of CuZn-SOD, GSH-Px and MDA in children with nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods Forty-eight acute cases of NS and 40 healthy control children in the same period were divided into fasting venous blood and serum, and the content of CuZn-SOD, GSH-Px and MDA were measured in the patients from March 2011 to March 2013 Comparison between groups. Results The levels of CuZn-SOD and GSH-Px in children with acute NS were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Conclusions Both CuZn-SOD, GSH-Px and MDA are involved in the pathological changes in children with acute NS and serve as an important detection index for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NS and guide the application of antioxidants.
