髂前上棘骨骺撕脱骨折较少见,近年我们遇到3树青少年参加田径赛跑,引起前骼上棘骨骺撕脱骨折.例1为男性,18岁.因赛跑起跑时,引起右髋部疼痛.查体:右髋及膝关节呈屈曲状态,右髂前上棘处肿胀,触痛明显.x线片示:右髂前上棘骨骺撕脱骨折,经屈髋屈膝卧床休息4周治愈例2、3均为16岁女性,病情及治疗与例1相似.讨论髂前上棘处附着有缝匠肌、阔筋膜张肌,两者收缩时组成力F_1;腹内外斜肌、腹横肌收缩时构成力F_2,两者之间的夹角为α,F_1与F_2的合力F即是引起髂前上棘脱撕骨折的作用力.很明显力F的大小受到夹角α的影响.当α角增大时,力F就减小,相反,当α角减小时力F就增、大.由
