目的比较机械抛光、化学抛光和电解抛光对纯钛铸件表面耐腐蚀性的影响。方法2008年11月至2009年3月于哈尔滨工业大学理学院实验室将30个钛铸件随机分为机械抛光组、化学抛光组和电解抛光组,每组10个。机械抛光组:在金相试样抛光机上抛光;化学抛光组:置于化学抛光液中抛光;电解抛光组:进行电解抛光处理。然后在人工唾液中,运用电化学方法测量试件的自腐蚀电位(Ecor)、极化电阻(Rp)、自腐蚀电流密度(Icorr)。应用扫描电镜观察试件表面腐蚀前后的形态变化。结果化学抛光组的Ecorrr、Icorr值均高于电解抛光组(P<0.01),低于机械抛光组(P<0.01);而Rp值则低于电解抛光组(P<0.01),高于机械抛光组(P<0.01)。扫描电镜观察表明,机械抛光组试件表面有明显的腐蚀痕迹,化学抛光组试件表面有轻微的腐蚀痕迹,电解抛光组试件表面无明显的腐蚀痕迹。结论应用电解抛光法处理的钛铸件,其表面耐腐蚀性明显提高,本电解抛光液具有临床应用价值。
Objective To compare the effects of mechanical polishing, chemical polishing and electrolytic polishing on the corrosion resistance of pure titanium castings. Methods From November 2008 to March 2009, 30 titanium castings were randomly divided into mechanical polishing group, chemical polishing group and electrolytic polishing group in the laboratory of Harbin Institute of Technology, 10 in each group. Mechanical polishing group: in the metallographic sample polishing machine polishing; chemical polishing group: placed in the chemical polishing liquid polishing; electrolytic polishing group: electrolytic polishing. Then in the artificial saliva, the electrochemical method was used to measure the self-corrosion potential (Ecor), polarization resistance (Rp) and self-corrosion current density (Icorr). Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the morphological changes before and after the specimen surface corrosion. Results The values of Ecorrr and Icorr in the chemical polishing group were significantly higher than those in the electro-polishing group (P <0.01), but lower than those in the mechanical polishing group (P <0.01) Polishing group (P <0.01). Scanning electron microscopy showed that there were obvious corrosion marks on the surface of the specimen in the mechanical polishing group, slight corrosion marks on the surface of the specimen in the chemical polishing group and no obvious corrosion marks on the surface of the specimen in the electrolytic polishing group. Conclusion The surface of titanium castings treated with electrolytic polishing has a marked improvement in corrosion resistance. The electrolytic polishing solution has clinical value.
