产权是一个既区别于所有制、所有权,又区别于经营权的商品经济条件下的特殊范畴。本文提出将国营大中型企业的所有权货币化,让其以股票或有价证券的形式在市场中运动的观声点。
Property rights is a special category which is different from the ownership economy, the ownership of economy, and the commodity economy which is different from the management right. This paper proposes the viewpoint of monetizing the ownership of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises and letting them move in the market in the form of stocks or securities.
