本文对百日咳无细胞菌苗和全细胞菌苗的保护效果、不良反应等作了比较,表明百日咳无细胞菌苗的免疫原性和效果较好,不良反应较少。
In this article, the protective effect and adverse reaction of the pertussis acellular bacterin and whole cell vaccine are compared, which shows that the immunogenicity and effect of the acellular bacterem of pertussis are better with fewer adverse reactions.
