广西第一矿务局根据本矿区产出的锡精矿合铁高,合硅、钙低的特点,采用高铁低钙渣型配料,用反射炉粗炼生产粗锡。粗锡精炼设备主要为熔炼锅及搅拌机。在精炼过程中加锯木悄(或煤)除砷、铁;加硫除锑、铜;加铝除砷、锑;采用溜槽结晶法除铅、铋。精炼过程杂质的净除效率达99%,锡冶炼回收率为97.38%。火法生产特号锡的要点是:精矿含铅不大于1%,
