学校教育是实现素质教育的主渠道,这就要求学校必须以“学生”为中心,不断寻找提高技校学生实践能力和培养创新精神的途径与措施。笔者以为教师是素质教育的主要实施者,教师的教育观念必须符合学生的发展需求,必须注重挖掘学生的个性潜能,教会他们学习,提高他们的实践能力和创新精神,以提升技校学生在人才市场的竞争力,扩大毕业生的就业门路,以适应时代发展的要求。
