创业者的目标导向是指创业者依据个体、组织和社会目标对周围环境做出不同的应对方式。目标导向能够帮助创业者及时识别创业过程中的失败事件,并根据创业任务和环境反馈信息不断调整决策,对创业者失败事件学习和新企业成长产生重要影响。通过292份有效问卷的数据分析表明,失败事件学习内容可以区分为认知改变和能力提升两个维度,创业者目标导向对失败事件学习和新企业绩效具有显著正向影响,失败事件学习可以促进新企业绩效提升,失败事件学习的两个维度在创业者目标导向和新企业绩效间起到完全中介作用。
Entrepreneurial goal-oriented refers to the entrepreneur according to individual, organizational and social goals on the environment to make a different response. Goal orientation can help the entrepreneur to identify the failure events in the startup process and adjust the decision-making based on the entrepreneurial mission and environment feedback information, which has an important impact on the entrepreneur’s failure event learning and new business growth. The data analysis of 292 valid questionnaires shows that the learning content of failure events can be divided into two dimensions: cognitive change and ability improvement. The entrepreneurial goal orientation has a significant positive impact on the learning of failed events and new business performance. The failure event learning can promote The two dimensions of new business performance improvement and failure event learning play a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial goal orientation and new business performance.
