党的十七届五中全会是我国经济社会发展关键时期召开的一次重要会议。全会深刻认识准确把握国内外形势新变化新特点,描绘了“十二五”时期我国经济社会发展的宏伟蓝图。认真学习贯彻落实全会精神,对于我们准确判断形势,牢牢把握战略机遇期、推动新闻出版事业大发展大繁荣具有重要的指导作用。根据新形势新任务的要求,结合新疆新闻出版工作的实际,新闻出版系统在学习贯彻落实全会精神的实践中,要努力在以下几方面下功夫:
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting held during the crucial period of China’s economic and social development. The plenary session profoundly understood the new features of accurately grasping the new changes at home and abroad and portrays the grand blueprint of China’s economic and social development in the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan. Conscientiously studying and implementing the plenary session will play an important guiding role in accurately judging the situation, firmly grasping the strategic opportunity period and promoting the great development and prosperity of the press and publication undertaking. According to the requirements of the new situation and new tasks and the reality of press and publication work in Xinjiang, in the practice of studying and implementing the plenary session of the press and publication system, efforts should be made to make efforts in the following aspects:
