习总书记在十九大报告当中强调,要牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权,这既是对全党思想工作所提出的重要指引,更是对新时代中国特色社会主义思想文化建设工作所提出的新要求.笔者认为,在如今的社会发展进程中,医院作为与大众日常生活息息相关者,作为重要的民生保障系统,更需要加强意识形态工作,加强思想文化建设,充分构建全员参与、全员负责的大格局.
