江总书记“三个代表”的重要思想,为新时期我们做好机关党的工作指明了方向。紧紧围绕西部大开发和当前机构改革的实际,完整准确地领会“三个代表”的本质要求,坚持从严治党的方针,加强机关党建工作和加强党员的教育管理,为宁夏的经济建设和社会发展做好服务保证,是当前自治区党委直属机关各级党组织的首要任务。一、对照“三个代表”的要求,客观地分析机关党建的总体形势,正确看待成绩与不足,进一步找准工作切入点。
General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on “three represents” has pointed out the direction for us to do well the work of the party in the new era. Focusing on the reality of the great development of the western region and the current institutional reforms, we fully and accurately understand the essential requirements of “three represents ”, uphold the principle of strictly administering the party, strengthen party building in institutions and education and management of Party members, Economic construction and social development do a good job of service assurance, is currently the autonomous region party committees directly under the organs of party organizations at all levels of the primary task.
