[目的]为增加芽苗类蔬菜种类,并为冬季选择芽苗类蔬菜的栽培环境提供参考。[方法]于冬季设露天栽培(处理1)和大棚内常温栽培(处理2)、电热栽培(处理3)、煤炉加热栽培(处理4)4种不同的环境处理栽培赤豆芽苗菜,观察芽苗菜生长情况,成熟期进行测产和营养成分分析。[结果]大棚内电热栽培、煤炉加热栽培芽苗菜生长速度较快,芽长分别为15.58、15.86 cm,可食用商品产量较高,分别为273.90、296.49 g/盘,达显著性差异,且与另外2个处理有极显著差异;VC与胡萝卜素含量都是处理4>处理3>处理2>处理1,K+含量是处理3>处理4>处理2>处理1,大棚内电热增温和煤炉增温都能提高营养成分的含量。[结论]冬季在大棚内栽培赤豆芽苗菜需有加温措施,才能使芽苗菜健壮生长,获得理想的产量。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to provide the reference for increasing the types of sprouts and selecting the cultivation environment for sprouts in winter.
