1基本情况近年我省各级种子管理机构认真宣传种子法律、法规,不断强化市场监管,积极引进推广新品种,稳妥推进种子体制改革,促进和保障了农业产业发展和粮食安全,使《中华人民共和国种子法》(以下简称《种子法》)在全省得到了较好的贯彻实施。
1 Basic Situation In recent years, the seed management agencies at all levels in our province have conscientiously promoted the seed laws and regulations and constantly strengthened market supervision. They have actively introduced and promoted new varieties, steadily pushed forward the reform of the seed system, promoted and ensured the development of the agricultural industry and food security so that the “Chinese people Republic Seed Law ”(hereinafter referred to as“ Seed Law ”) in the province has been better implemented.
