军队思想政治建设是中国共产党为使军队打赢现代战争和保持人民军队的性质本色,实现对军队的政治领导和军心凝聚,用进步的政治精神动员组织官兵而开展的意识形态实践活动。本文从把握我军思想政治建设历史方位的基础上,分析了我军思想政治建设的主要矛盾是思想政治建设科学化水平与履行我军职能使命、完成多样化军事任务的要求不相适应的矛盾,提出了增强军队思想政治建设科学性的对策建议。
