我国在借鉴国外上市公司股权结构的基础上，结合我国特殊的经济发展历程形成特有的股权结构，将股权按其构成划分为国有股、法人股和社会公众股。本文以食品饮料业上市公司为研究对象实证研究股权构成与经营绩效的关系，试图以微见著，探讨优化上市公司股权结构的模式。
