本文测量一些新的复合物型有机导体中正电子湮没的寿命谱,线形参数和3γ湮没的相对产额.结果表明,在电荷完全转移的绝缘体和电荷部分转移的导体中,正电子湮没特征有明显的差别.湮没寿命和S参数与该类材料的电导率之间有很强的依赖关系.根据正电子湮没特征讨论了这类材料可能的导电机理.
In this paper, the lifetime spectra, linear parameters and the relative yields of 3γ annihilation of positron annihilation in some new composite organic conductors are measured.The results show that there are obvious positron annihilation features in the charge-fully-transferred insulator and charge-partially-transferred conductor The annihilation lifetime and S-parameters have a strong dependence on the conductivity of these materials, and the possible conduction mechanism of these materials is discussed based on positron annihilation properties.
