目的:探讨在内镜辅助下行颧弓骨折切开内固定手术治疗患者的护理方法与效果。方法:选择18例患者,其中单侧颧弓骨折10例,单侧颧骨颧弓骨折8例,均在内镜辅助下经颞部发际小切口,采用钛板进行颧弓骨折内固定治疗,观察围手术期的护理效果,术区情况,并与传统治疗护理相比较。结果:18例患者术后双侧颧部对称,面部无明显瘢痕畸形。无面瘫、咀嚼功能障碍及明显并发症发生。术后CT检查,1例显示钛板与骨面贴合不佳。4例出现轻度张口受限,经训练后,张口度恢复正常。结论:内镜辅助下经颞部发际小切口行颧弓骨折复位内固定治疗,手术创伤小,无明显瘢痕,并发症少,护理观察简单有效,住院天数明显缩短。可作为部分颧弓骨折病例治疗的选择术式。
Objective: To explore the nursing method and effect of endoscopic-assisted treatment of patients with zygomatic arch fracture undergoing internal fixation. Methods: Eighteen patients were selected, including 10 cases of unilateral zygomatic arch fractures and 8 cases of unilateral zygomatic arch fractures. All patients underwent endovascular treatment with mini-incision of the temporal hairline with titanium plate for internal fixation of zygomatic arch fracture , Observe perioperative nursing effects, surgical conditions, and compared with the traditional treatment and care. Results: Eighteen patients had symmetry of bilateral zygomaticus and no obvious scar deformity on the face. No facial paralysis, masticatory dysfunction and significant complications. Postoperative CT examination, 1 case showed poor fit of titanium and bone surface. Four cases of mild mouth opening restriction, after training, mouth opening returned to normal. Conclusions: Endovascular treatment of zygomatic arch fractures through the temporal hairline incision with small incision and reduction and internal fixation has the advantages of less trauma, no obvious scar, less complications, simple and effective nursing observation and shorter hospitalization days. Can be used as part of zygomatic arch fracture cases of choice of surgical treatment.
