莱芜钢铁厂为满足镇江锚链厂和青岛锚链厂需要,按冶金部推荐标准YB(T)66-87要求,试制船用二级锚链圆钢M20Mn。其中电炉冶炼94炉,生产钢材1140t,产品规格为φ32～64mm,成材率为82.62％,转炉冶炼6炉,生产钢材136t,产品规格为φ34～50mm,成材率为75.23％。产品发给用户使用,并按标准和英国劳氏船级社规范进行检查,各项质量指标均达标准和规范要求。
To meet the needs of Zhenjiang Anchor Chain Factory and Qingdao Anchor Chain Factory, Laiwu Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. trial-produced the second-class anchor chain round steel M20Mn according to the requirements of YB (T) 66-87 recommended by the Ministry of Metallurgy. Among them, 94 electric furnaces were smelted and 1140 tons of steel were produced. The product specifications were φ32 ~ 64mm, the finished product rate was 82.62%, the converter smelting 6 furnaces and the production of steel products 136t. The product specifications were φ34 ~ 50mm and the finished product rate was 75.23%. The products are distributed to users and checked according to the standards and Lloyd ’s Register specifications. All the quality indexes reach the standards and norms.
