《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中,明确提出学前教育在我国整个教育体系中占有举足轻重的作用,学前教育被作为独立的一章提出来,这充分体现出党和国家对学前教育的高度重视。学前教育的发展关键在于教师,职前幼儿教师专业素质的培养,是学前教育人才培养体系中十分重要的一环。因此,如何更好的提高职前幼儿教师专业素质的研究意义十分重大。本研究采用文献,观察等方法,了解到我国职前幼儿教师专业素质的培养策略存在着准幼儿教师专业意识淡薄,师范院校培养目标单一等问题,结合我国高校培养现状,提出转变人们思想,使准幼儿教师积极主动提高自身专业素质,高校不断创新,完善培养目标等策略,对师范院校在职前幼儿教师专业素质的培养方面有一定的参考意义。
In the Outline of National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development, pre-school education clearly claims that pre-school education plays an important role in the entire education system in our country. Pre-school education is put forward as an independent chapter, which fully demonstrates the importance of pre-school education in preschool education highly valued. The key to the development of pre-school education lies in the training of teachers and professional preschool kindergarten teachers. It is a very important part of pre-school education personnel training system. Therefore, how to improve the professional quality of pre-service preschool teachers is of great significance. This study uses literature, observation and other methods to understand that there are some problems in the training of pre-kindergarten teachers’ professional qualities, such as weak professional awareness of pre-kindergarten teachers and single training objectives of normal colleges and universities. Combined with the current situation of college training in our country, So that pre-kindergarten teachers take the initiative to improve their professional qualities, colleges and universities continue to innovate, improve training objectives and other strategies, the pre-service teachers in normal colleges and universities to cultivate professional qualities of kindergarten teachers have some reference value.
