目的 :观察青光眼滤过术后晚期滤过泡渗漏的病人行针刺分离术的疗效。方法 :对 1 4例( 1 7只眼 )晚期滤过泡渗漏的病人行针刺分离术。结果 :术后随访 1 2～ 4 8个月 (平均 2 7± 1 0 66个月 ) ,1 4例 ( 1 7只眼 )滤过泡渗漏全部转阴 ,均为功能性滤过泡。术后 3个月视力及眼压有显著提高 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :针刺分离术对青光眼滤过术后晚期滤过泡渗漏有治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture in the patients with filtering bleb leakage after glaucoma filtration surgery. Methods: Acupuncture was performed in 14 patients (17 eyes) with peristalsis. Results: All patients were followed up for 1-24 months (mean, 27 ± 1066 months). Fourteen (17 eyes) of all the bleb leakage were negative and all of them were functional bleb. Visual acuity and intraocular pressure were significantly increased 3 months after surgery (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture separation has a therapeutic effect on filtering leucorrhea after late glaucoma filtration surgery.
