杨子坑流域是１９９２年初开始进行综合治理开发的。通过近二年的综合治理开发，昔日水土流失区的“红色沙漠”景象已明显改观，水土流失基本得到控制，生态环境明显改善，果树种植开发也取得了喜人的成绩。这充分说明以种植果树为主进行综合治理开发治理水土流失的指导思想无疑是正确的。作者根据综合治理开发治理水土流失的实践提出的几项措施对类似地区小流域的治理与开发有着重要的指导作用。
Yangzi Hang watershed was started in early 1992 for comprehensive development. Through the comprehensive management and development of the past two years, the scene of “red desert” in the past soil and water loss areas has obviously changed. Soil and water loss have basically been controlled and the ecological environment has been significantly improved. Fruit tree cultivation and development have also achieved gratifying results. This fully shows that the guiding ideology of comprehensively governing the development of soil and water loss by planting fruit trees is undoubtedly right. Several measures proposed by the author according to the practice of comprehensive management and development and control of soil and water loss have an important guiding role in the harness and development of small watersheds in similar areas.
