目的:通过对淄博市博山区中医院106例院前急救死亡病例分析,探讨院前死亡疾病分类、病因及救治效果。方法:分析博山区中医院急诊科在2014年1月至2015年12月120急救出车接诊的106例院前死亡病例救治情况。结果:院前死亡病人内科疾病70例,外伤性疾病30例。意外伤害6例。救治复苏成功6例,复苏失败100例。结论:院前死亡病人病因以内科疾病居多,病人多数接诊超过10分钟,院前救治复苏成功率低。早发现,早呼救,早期开始规范化救治是提高院前复苏成功的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the classification, etiology and treatment effect of prehospital death disease in 106 prehospital emergency cases in Boshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zibo City. Methods: To analyze 106 cases of pre-hospital deaths from emergency department of Boshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to December 2015. Results: There were 70 cases of internal diseases and 30 cases of traumatic diseases in the hospital. Accidental injury in 6 cases. Rescue resuscitation in 6 cases, 100 cases of failure recovery. Conclusion: The cause of pre-hospital death is mostly medical diseases, the majority of patients received more than 10 minutes, the success rate of pre-hospital recovery is low. Early detection, early call for help, early standardized treatment is the key to improving the success of pre-hospital recovery.
