文章对毛泽东军事经济思想的本质特征作了高度概括,认为:新民主主义时期的毛泽东军事经济思想包括六个方面,即科学地规定了中国革命战争的性质和中心地位、制定了以土地革命为中心的根据地经济建设的一系列方针政策、解决了工农武装力量的经济保障方式、建立了人民军队经济制度的思想、确定了战时军事经济的运行模式、科学地总结了中国近代军事一经济关系理论的演进;社会主义时期的毛泽东军事经济思想包括战争时期的军事经济向现代化国防建设的转变、探索国防建设和经济建设的关系、“备战备荒为人民”战略方针的确定。
The article summarizes the essential characteristics of Mao Zedong’s military economic thought in the following aspects: According to Mao Zedong’s military and economic thinking in the new democratic period, it includes six aspects: that is, it scientifically stipulates the nature and central position of the Chinese revolutionary war; A series of guidelines and policies for economic construction in the base area have been adopted to solve the economic guarantee mode of the armed forces of the workers and peasants, set up the thinking of the people’s army economic system, set the operation mode of the military economy in wartime and scientifically summed up the military-economic relationship in modern China The evolution of the theory; Mao Zedong’s military and economic thoughts in the socialist period include the transformation of the military economy during the war to the modernization of national defense; the exploration of the relationship between national defense and economic construction; and the determination of the strategic principle of “preparing for war and for the people.”
