在乡土社会中,合作是一种极其重要的生产形态。同时,在新的历史形势下,合作也被认为是解决农村一系列社会经济问题的办法之一。本文以陕西省横渠村为例,试图呈现乡土社会中的农民合作何以可能的一系列机制。通过调地、水利、换工等具体合作事件,本文着重分析村组干部在农民合作中所起的协调性主导作用,并以户族及庙会为例,考察农民合作的社会基础。
In native society, cooperation is an extremely important form of production. In the meantime, under the new historical situation, cooperation has also been considered as one of the solutions to a series of social and economic problems in rural areas. Taking Hengqu Village of Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper attempts to present a series of possible mechanisms for the cooperation of peasants in rural communities. Through specific cooperation events such as land adjustment, water conservancy and laborer replacement, this paper analyzes the leading role of village cadres in coordinating farmer cooperation. Taking the family clan and temple fair as an example, this paper examines the social foundation of farmer cooperation.
