选用不同的焊接参数对某新型无钴马氏体时效不锈钢进行直流TIG焊,对焊接接头宏观和微观组织进行了观察对比分析,并从焊缝中心到热影响区边缘进行了显微硬度测试。结果表明,该型马氏体时效钢焊接接头主要为连续板条马氏体组织,材料焊接性能良好。焊缝中心有大量的δ铁素体产生。随着焊接速度的增加,线能量的降低,铁素体减少,板条马氏体组织有减小的趋势;接头的显微硬度随距离焊缝中心距离的增加而增大,到达峰值后下降到一稳定值区域。焊缝中心处显微硬度随线能量增加而降低。
A new type of cobalt-free martensitic stainless steel was DC welded by different welding parameters. The macrostructure and microstructure of the welded joint were observed and compared. The microhardness test was carried out from the weld center to the edge of the heat affected zone. The results show that this type of martensitic steel welded joint is mainly composed of continuous lath martensite with good welding performance. Weld center has a large number of δ ferrite. With the increase of welding speed, the decrease of wire energy and the reduction of ferrite and the decrease of the martensite structure of the laths, the microhardness of joints increases with the increase of the distance from the weld center, To a stable value area. The microhardness at the weld center decreases with increasing line energy.
