以液晶作气相色谱固定液分离芳香族的间位和对位异构体十分有效。近年来国内对芳羧酸酯类液晶用作气相色谱固定液进行了一些研究。我们用这类液晶成功地分离了硝基甲苯等的位置异构体,但在用芳羧酸酯类液晶分离硝基氯苯的三种异构体时,发现用这类液晶不如用常规固定液聚乙二醇效果好。那么这一现象对其它具有二元极性取代基的苯的位置异构体,如二氯苯、二溴苯是否也存在呢?应用其它类型的液晶结果会怎样呢?于是我们
