抓好驻城市部队“菜篮子”工程建设,这是当前全军后勤工作亟待研究解决的问题。文章结合所在军区部队实际和上海警备区的经验,提出了解决这一问题的基本思路:在思想上要有抓好驻城市部队农副业生产的紧迫感和责任感;充分挖掘现有生产潜力;充分发挥军民共建优势,把驻城市农副业生产纳入地方“菜蓝子”工程;大力推广新品种新技术,不断提高农副业生产效益。
We must do a good job in building a “vegetable basket” project in the city troops, which is an issue that the PLA’s logistics work urgently needs to study and solve. Based on the actual military forces in the military region and the experience of the Shanghai Garrison Command, this article puts forward the basic idea to solve this problem: to have a sense of urgency and sense of responsibility in the agricultural and sideline production of the troops stationed in the city; to fully tap existing production potentials; Make full use of advantages of military and civilian construction and incorporate the production of agriculture and sideline products in the city into the “vegetable basket” project in local cities; vigorously promote new technologies and new technologies to improve the production efficiency of agricultural and sideline products.
