在新时期背景下,随着素质教育的大力推行,校园文化中的精神文化建设方面得到了高度的重视,而文学社是拓展语文知识,提高学生语文素养的重要的社团组织,是语文课堂的必要补充与延伸,因此,各中小学的广泛重视文学社的组建与发展是十分有必要的。笔者利用问卷调查、经验总结法,对桂花小学文学社实际情况的进行分析,对如何改革桂花文学社,对如何使其与校园精神文化其他方面相得益彰,进行了深刻的思考。文章将从“创办文学社刊,建构核心支柱”、“转变评改模式,放权文学主体”、“依托媒体网络,增强文学张力”三个方面加以阐述。

The article will be elaborated from the following three aspects: “establishing a literary magazine, building a core pillar,” “changing the mode of assessment, decentralizing literary subjects,” “relying on media networks and enhancing literary tension.”
