目的定量检测食管癌癌变过程中细胞凋亡及细胞增殖状况、井分析两者在食管癌癌变过程中的相关性及生物学意义。材料与方法食管癌标本71例,分别作病理组织学诊断、TUNEL检测凋亡、免疫组化检测Ki-67的表达以观察细胞增殖状况。结果食管癌癌变过程中细胞增殖指数及细胞凋亡指数均逐渐升高.两者呈正相关;在食管浸润癌中,随着癌分化程度的降低,细胞增殖指数继续增高,而细胞凋亡指数逐渐降低,两者呈负相关。结论细胞凋亡贯穿了食管癌发生发展全过程,在食管癌癌变过程中,细胞凋亡与细胞增殖密切相关。
Objective To quantitatively detect the apoptosis and proliferation of esophageal carcinoma during canceration and to analyze the correlation and biological significance of the two in esophageal carcinogenesis. Materials and Methods 71 cases of esophageal cancer specimens were examined for histopathological diagnosis, TUNEL detection of apoptosis, and immunohistochemistry to detect Ki-67 expression to observe cell proliferation. 2. Results Cell proliferation index and apoptotic index increased gradually in the process of carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer. There was a positive correlation between the two; in esophageal invasive cancer, as the degree of cancer differentiation decreased, the cell proliferation index continued to increase, and the apoptotic index gradually decreased, showing a negative correlation between the two. Conclusion Apoptosis pervades the development of esophageal cancer. In the process of esophageal carcinogenesis, apoptosis is closely related to cell proliferation.
