钢材的牌号在工厂、料库及运输过程中,有时会发生差错;图纸设计的材料及要求,有时不一定合适;在某种情况下,没有图纸上所规定钢号的材料;锻工随便采用了其他钢号的料代用;在加工过程中,各工序的先后次序偶尔颠倒了。所有这些有意无意的错误,都会给零件的最后热处理带来麻烦:往往有的是不处理而勉强使用,有的虽经处理也达不到图纸要求,有的甚至在淬火过程中就全部开裂报废。这些损失确实是非常严重,我们应该认真对待。
