专车投入使用以来,私家车在专车市场中一直占有较大的比例,私家车接入专车的合理性、准入方式备受争议。私家车接入专车的合理性在于其产生与发展源于市场的选择,效用高以及能够促进行业竞争,提升行业服务质量。在准入方式方面,存在着“四方协议”模式、“形式上”的四方协议模式以及无挂靠的独营模式,三者并不冲突,我国新出台的管理办法中肯定了“四方协议”模式和无挂靠的独营模式的并存关系。
Since the special car was put into operation, the private car has always occupied a large proportion in the special car market.
