俄罗斯专利RU2356978中公布了一种俄罗斯技术人员研发的新型高力学性能Ti基合金。该合金的主要成分(质量分数)为:3.0%~7.0%Al、1.5%~3.0%Mo、0.8%~2.3%Cr、0.2%~0.7%Fe、0.001%~0.095%Zr、0.001%~0.095%W、0.16%~0.6%Si、0.03%~0.2%O,其余是Ti。上述成分的Ti合金具有高的拉伸强度、蠕变强度和疲劳寿命。该合金适于制造航空和航天器结构件。使用该合金制造航空和航天器零部件,可以减轻结构质量,提高使用期限。
RU2356978 Russian patent announced a Russian technician developed a new high-performance Ti-based alloy. The main component (mass fraction) of the alloy is 3.0% -7.0% Al, 1.5-3.0% Mo, 0.8-2.3% Cr, 0.2-0.7% Fe, 0.001-0.095% Zr and 0.001-0.095 % W, 0.16% -0.6% Si, 0.03% -0.2% O, and the balance Ti. Ti alloys of the above composition have high tensile strength, creep strength and fatigue life. The alloy is suitable for the manufacture of aviation and spacecraft structures. The use of this alloy for the manufacture of aerospace and spacecraft components can reduce the quality of the structure and improve the life of the aircraft.
