根据《国务院安委会关于集中开展“六打六治”打非治违专项行动的通知》(安委〔2014〕6号)精神,为认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于安全生产“打非治违”工作的决策部署,持续深入开展学校安全工作,教育部决定从2014年8月至12月底在全国教育系统集中开展打非治违专项行动。行动将按照“全覆盖、零容忍、严执法、重实效”的总体要求,全面深入排查治理安全隐患,集中打击和整治一批当前各级各类学校安全工作中
Pursuant to the spirit of “Circular of the State Council’s Security Committee on Centralizing Undertaking” and “Notice of Special Action on Behaviors of Non-Reign Infiltration” issued by the Central Military Commission of the State Council (Safety Committee [2014] No. 6), in order to earnestly implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Safe Production, The Ministry of Education decided to launch a special campaign to fight non-stop violations in the education system throughout the country from August to the end of December 2014 through the decision-making and deployment of work to prevent and punish violations of laws and regulations and continue to carry out school safety work in depth. The action will be based on the overall requirements of “full coverage, zero tolerance, strict enforcement of law and effectiveness”, comprehensively and in-depth investigation and control of potential safety problems, and focus on cracking down and remediation of a number of current school safety work at all levels
