开展教育评价的根本目的,在于全面提高教育质量。为达到这一目的,必须加强教育评价的管理,以期充分地发挥评价的诸种功能。评价管理是教育管理的有机组成部分,它贯穿于评价的全过程。评价管理如何,对评价的运行和效果影响甚大。因此,在进行教育评价时,必须加强评价管理工作。教育评价的管理涉及的内容比较多,本文仅就教育评价制度、教育评价中的政策性问题及教育评价的指导等三个问题谈点粗浅的看法。
