小学生交往意识的培养必须要让学生感受到交往的必要性和重要性,必须在交往过程中让他们得到提高或者产生兴趣。这样才是培养学生交往意识的最好动力。在以前的绘画教学中,学生都是自己独立完成作品,谁也不把自己的想法告诉谁,以为是自己的秘密,个人独立主义。学生也基本不会在学习上交流,更不会合作,结果绘画质量也不高。学生的交往意识也得不到培养。其实小学生在短时间里也不可能完成很完整的作品。在社团活动中我发现让学生合作完成作品,不仅学生兴趣高了,而且作品质量也有很大的提高,同时通过合作能很好地培养学生的交往意识,他们本不是一个班的学生却能很好地在一起合作,由于他们能创作优秀的作品,学生也有了学习绘画的兴趣。具体方法如下:

Specific methods are as follows:
