以生产实践为基础,对铁道部七项专业会议重新排列ND2型机车轴箱轴承横动量后对轮缘磨耗的影响进行了分析。指出在重新排列后,加大了中间轴横动量,改善了半径在750m以上的曲线的几何和动力曲线通过能力,但对半径在750m以下的曲线无多大实际意义,且增加了1、6位轴承的烧损。根据分析提出了在七项专业会议基础上的补充改进措施。
Based on the production practice, the influence of wheel flange abrasion on rearrangement of ND2 locomotive journal bearing transverse momentum was analyzed at seven professional meetings of the Ministry of Railways. It is pointed out that after the rearrangement, the traverse of the countershaft has been increased and the geometrical and dynamic curves of curves with a radius of more than 750m have been improved. However, the curves with radius below 750m are of little practical significance and added by 1,6 Bearing burnout. Based on the analysis, it puts forward the supplementary improvement measures based on the seven professional conferences.
