5月3日,湖南中烟力邀国内著名标杆管理专家陈泓冰先生举办了一期标杆管理培训班。公司各部门、三中心,所属六个卷烟厂及公司所辖多元化企业近400人通过七个培训场所,借助视频系统同步参加了培训。此次培训对公司企业管理工作围绕争创一流的体系建设提供了准确的方向。下一步,将以战略目标为牵引,以体系建设为载体,以创标和对标为手段,以信息化管理为支撑,以群众性创新活动为主要形式,深入开展顾客理念导入活动、管理工具导入与管理创新活动、标杆引领活动、团队建设活动,以打造出公司的特色管理模
On May 3, Hunan Tobacco invited the famous benchmarking expert Mr. Chen Hongbing to hold a benchmarking training course.
