Through the analysis of 1 case of acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock in patients with successful rescue experience. Discuss the construction and management of on-the-spot first aid medical work in community health institutions in colleges and universities. Strengthening the self-construction of university health institutions and making full use of social medical and health resources are the effective ways to improve the community health service functions and ensure the quality of field emergency medical work.
