国家地质总局于一九七九年六月十六日至二十日在长春召开了液压射流冲击回转钻具鉴定会，参加会议的有三十八个单位，五十九名代表。会议听取了长春地院关于SC-89型液压射流冲击回转钻具研制报告，以及湖南四○八队、江西九○八队、江苏一队等的生产试验报告。同时听取了基建工程兵○○二六九部队以JSC-75型为主的液压射流冲击回转钻具的研制和生产试验报告。
The State General Administration of Geosciences held an appraisal meeting on hydraulic jet impact rotary drilling rigs in Changchun from June 16 to January 20, 1979, with 38 units and 59 delegates attending the meeting. The meeting heard the Changchun Institute on SC-89-type hydraulic jet impact drill rotary research report, as well as Hunan 400 teams, Jiangxi 908 teams, a team of Jiangsu production test report. At the same time, he listened to the research report on the manufacture and production of JJ-75 type hydraulic jet impact rotary drilling tool for infrastructure engineering corps.
