一、评价教师教学质量的目的(一)教学过程也是管理过程。管理的重要职能在于调控。通过评价可以看出决策是否需要修改。评价的信息反馈能使教师发现教学过翟中所存在的问题,便于自我检查,促进教师采取新的教法措施,提高教学水平。(二)便于教学管理部门准确地获得各种反馈信息,从而对教学过程进行调节和控制,对晋升职称提供依据。(三)分析评价积累资料,可为调节教学计划和进程提供资料,为决策下一步教学工作的重点提供前提。(四)有利于调动教师提高教学质量的积极性。
