SA-335P92钢由于其良好的抗腐蚀性能以及非常高的高温蠕变断裂强度,现在已经普遍被应用于国内众多的百万千瓦机组中。作为一种在超超临界机组中起着重大作用的新型钢材,P92钢的现场焊接工艺也必然成为需要重点研究的课题。本文根据我公司焊接工艺评定报告及有关技术资料,对P92钢的现场焊接工艺进行了研究。作为高合金的P92钢,其现场焊接必须执行严格的施工程序。现场焊接采用GTAW+SMAW工艺,内部充氩保护,对预热温度、层间温度、焊接工艺参数和焊后热处理工艺参数等进行严格控制。控制焊接线能量的输入,采取多层多道焊。努力使热影响区软化带变得窄一些,缩小其影响。
SA-335P92 steel has been widely used in many millions of kilowatts of domestic units due to its good corrosion resistance and very high high temperature creep rupture strength. As a new type of steel that plays an important role in ultra-supercritical units, the welding process of P92 steel inevitably becomes a subject that needs to be focused on. This article according to my company’s welding technology assessment report and related technical information, on-site welding P92 steel were studied. As a high-alloy P92 steel, its site must be strict welding procedures to implement the construction process. Site welding using GTAW + SMAW process, the internal argon protection, preheat temperature, interlayer temperature, welding process parameters and post-weld heat treatment process parameters such as strict control. Control the input of welding line energy, take multi-level multi-pass welding. Efforts will be made to soften the HAZ to a narrower level to reduce its impact.
