珍珠岩轻砂是天津市建筑科学研究所与天津市保温材料厂联合研制成功,并采用了新工艺——沸腾工艺。目前已由天津市保温材料厂投入批量生产。用珍珠岩轻砂代替砂子或陶砂与粉煤灰陶粒配制成的75~#—150~#全轻混凝土,制成外墙板,可减薄厚度,保温性能反而增强,解决了结露问题;重量较轻,相同的建筑基础,可提高建筑高度及抗震性能。珍珠岩轻砂还广泛应
