随着现代医疗卫生事业的不断发展和进步,医院人力资源管理工作受到了较大重视,怎样保证管理方法和管理理念有利于发展战略目标的实现是各大医疗卫生机构管理和领导阶层所需要思考的问题,本文在分析我国医院人力资源管理工作现状的基础之上提出了几条针对性的改进措施,从而保证医疗卫生机构在社会发展中发挥出更大的作用以及价值。
With the continuous development and progress of modern medical and health care, human resources management in hospitals has received more attention.
