目的:探讨机械通气在救治肺结核大咯血窒息中的应用及护理方法。方法:6例大咯血窒息患者在常规治疗的基础上,采用机械通气辅助呼吸进行后续治疗。结果:全部病例抢救成功,无护理并发症的发生。结论:机械通气不失为抢救大咯血窒息的一种有效手段,护士应熟练掌握呼吸机的应用。
Objective: To investigate the application and nursing of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of massive tuberculosis asphyxia. Methods: Six patients with massive hemoptysis and asphyxia were treated with mechanical ventilation on the basis of conventional treatment. Results: All patients were successfully rescued without nursing complications. Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation is an effective way to rescue massive hemoptysis asphyxiation. Nurses should master the application of ventilator.
