我们党历来重视学习,这是推动党和人民事业发展的一条重要经验。党的十八大提出建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党的战略任务,这是对广大党员干部提出的新的更高要求。我们必须按照党的十八大和军委习主席的要求,重新认识、正确把握学习的新内涵、新标准、新方法,努力做学习型的新时代革命军人。
Our party has always attached importance to learning, which is an important lesson in promoting the development of the cause of the party and its people. The 18th CPC National Congress proposed the strategic task of building a learning, service-oriented and innovative Marxist ruling party, which is a new and higher requirement put forward by the vast majority of party members and cadres. We must, in accordance with the requirements of the 18th CPC National Congress and the chairmanship of the Central Military Commission, re-understand and correctly grasp the new connotation, new standards and new methods of learning and strive to be a learning-type revolutionary new army man.
