研究了决策信息以梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵形式给出的有限方案决策问题。首先利用COWA算子,引入期望值函数概念对梯形模糊数来排序,排序结果可以根据决策者的乐观程度进行调节,更加合理。然后基于期望值函数,把梯形模糊数互补判断矩阵转化期望值互补判断矩阵进行排序,并利用决策者的乐观程度对排序结果进行敏感性分析。最后通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。
This paper studies the decision-making problems of the finite scheme given by the decision information in the form of the trapezoidal fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix. Firstly, we use the COWA operator to introduce the concept of expectation value function to sort the trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, and the result of sorting can be adjusted according to the optimistic degree of the decision makers, which is more reasonable. Then, based on the expectation value function, the complementary judgment matrixes of expectation of trapezoidal fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix transformation are sorted, and the sensitivity of decision makers is used to analyze the ranking results. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
