目的对复方蜂胶喷雾剂中的主要成分-总黄酮类成分进行含量测定,为制剂申报新药及保证药品的生产质量建立质控标准。方法建立以紫外可见分光光度法测定复方蜂胶喷雾剂中总黄酮的含量;结果制剂中总黄酮含量测定结果为3.26mg·ml-1。结论该方法灵敏度与精确度符合含量测定的要求,结果稳定,该方法可操作性强。
Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids, the main component of the compound propolis spray, and establish quality control standards for the preparation of new drugs and the quality assurance of the drugs. Methods The content of total flavonoids in compound propolis spray was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in the preparation was 3.26 mg·ml-1. Conclusion The sensitivity and precision of the method are in accordance with the requirements of content determination, and the results are stable. The method has strong operability.
