The Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh, one of the seven famous botanical gardens in the world, was founded in 1670. Initially it was just a medicinal botanical garden with an area of tennis court size. Now has Edinburgh, Ben Mo, Lou root and four Park Road, covers an area of 425 acres. The park collected 34,000 kinds of living plants, of which more than 16,000 species of high plants, accounting for 6.5% of the world’s flowering plants.
