从花CarthamustinctoriusL．油的块状物中分离到3个新的5-羟色胺衍生物：4，4＂-双（N-p-香豆酰基）-5-羟色胺（Ⅰ），4-［N-p-香豆酰基］-5-羟色胶-4＂-基］-N-阿魏酰基-5-羟色胺（Ⅱ）和4，4＂-双（N－阿魏酰基）-5-羟色胺（Ⅲ），其结构式如下：Ⅰ～Ⅲ有抗氧和消除游离基
From the flower Katharmustinctorius L.
